From Pula — Your Options
Pula sits at the southern tip of Istria — famous for its Roman amphitheatre, the Temple of Augustus, and beaches that face the open sea. It's the furthest Istrian town from Ljubljana Airport, but the road is good and the drive is straightforward.
No connections, no luggage handling at bus stops — we pick you up and deliver you to the terminal.

Leaving Istria from the South — What to See on the Way
If you're driving north from Pula for the first time, here are the stops worth considering on the route to Ljubljana or the airport:
- Rovinj — 35 km north of Pula. If you haven't been, even a 90-minute stop is worth it. Park outside the old town and walk up to the cathedral.
- Poreč — 75 km north. The Euphrasian Basilica is a UNESCO site dating from the 6th century. Quick to see, impressive mosaics.
- Piran (Slovenia) — once you cross the border into Slovenia, Piran is a 10-minute detour. Venetian architecture, smaller and quieter than Rovinj. Good for a final coffee before the motorway north.
Tell us when you book if you'd like any stops built in — we plan the timing so you still arrive comfortably before your flight.
